Job Summary


  • As an Associate in Global Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Transformations Team you are required to manage BAU projects under FICC and Macro Ops 
  • Use experience of Business Analysis & Project Management and Experience in Managing  stake holders across business units and functions, organizations and geographies.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Own E2E test management activities: planning and execution
  • Manage stakeholders while partnering closely with operations to determine delivery approach and priority areas
  • Perform process reviews and use-case production to identify opportunities and form tech requirements
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships across Derivs Ops, as well as across other CIB CAO organizations, Technology, and Product Managers. Work in partnership with these teams to achieve results
  • Exhibit strong problem solving skills while navigating through unstructured/undefined and complex business problems and provide optimum alternatives
  • Create high quality management dashboards/reporting using latest tools such as QlikView/Tableau
  • Provide innovative outcomes by using suitable tools & techniques – such as macros, scripting, automation
  • Develop an end-to-end understanding of Markets Ops processing, initiatives, issues, objectives, etc. Collaborate with technology, operations and project teams to source business demands and prioritize with appropriate risk weightages
  • Support and manage the software development lifecycle for core processing apps - synthesizing & vetting requirements, system testing, operating model development, launch communications, end user support
  • Engage in new design discussions and document existing and future workflow processes
  • Assist with developing training materials, coordinate/conduct pilot training sessions

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:


  • Minimum 6 years of experience in QA testing, data analysis with experience of working in projects environment
  • Strong analytical skills and data mining experience with experience in handling large scale datasets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Expert in Test Management tools and good knowledge of functional automation tools
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement is desirable
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment, excellent communications skills as the role will have global exposure, accountability and responsibility
  • Understanding of wholesale banking operations, with experience in migration planning from legacy systems  to new platforms
  • Experience in Project Management, Business Analysis & Change Management is an advantage with exposure to working within the Agile & Scrum framework for multiple streams across regions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Engineering Graduate or other relevant steams preferred
  • Subject Matter Expertise on Derivatives asset class and fixed income products is a major plus
