Job Description

Position Summary:


We are seeking an Associate to join our US Order Excellence and Automation Team.  This role would be part of the core team of the Global Order Automation and Billing Team, part of our larger Global Customer Care organization. 


The Associate is responsible for managing electronically transmitted (EDI) customer sales orders and electronic invoices across our US region. This role ensures the smooth processing of digital transactions, supports paperless invoicing initiatives and maintains high service standards.


Reports to: Manager – Global Customer Care


Key Responsibilities:


Electronic Order Flow Management (50%)


  • Ensure successful electronic flow of customer purchase orders into the ERP system through EDI Vendor (GHX), SAP workflow, and other required systems.
  • Oversee and manage the digital order flow to ensure seamless transactions and smooth integration with internal systems.

Trouble Shooting and Issue Resolution (20%) -


  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to digital order flow into the ERP system.
  • Ensure any order discrepancies or system errors are quickly addressed to maintain efficient processing and minimal disruption to operations.

Customer and Business Partner Communication (10%) –


  • Manage and respond to incoming emails from business partners and customers regarding order status, inquiries, or issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Support Paperless Invoicing Initiatives (10%) –


  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing the adoption of paperless invoicing across the US region.
  • Promote and facilitate the use of digital invoicing to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Assist in Achieving KPI’s (10%) –


  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve or exceed KPIs related to invoicing, automation, and touchless orders.
  • Contribute to process optimization efforts to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification:


A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field 1-3 Years of experience of which minimum 1 years in Order Management and Automation, Customer Service, EDI Support or Supply Chain Experience working with SAP, Microsoft Suite, and web-based applications is essential. Knowledge of Order Management Systems is good to have Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and Customer Centric Mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining order accuracy and efficiency.


Physical Demands: Flexible to work in any shift.
