If you're eager to be part of a dynamic environment that fosters growth and collaboration, look no further. You will be responsible for the processing and invoicing of surgery orders. This includes but not limited to the collection of PO’s applying PO Process Guidelines, order updates/corrections, releasing holds and ensuring the order invoices accurately and in a timely manner. This also includes use of company portals for order entry, Dispute Management and AR resolution for surgery orders as needed. Let's craft the future together!


What will you be doing?


  • Handles order processing from order entry to invoicing, including order corrections, price adjustments, surgeon and lot data required to clear the order
  • Facilitates contact with hospital accounts and/or sales associates as deemed appropriate to secure PO numbers and ensure all orders invoice
  • Uses PBI and SAP for various reports including sales, open order and order blocks
  • Validates Coo origin data as required by the appropriate guidelines
  • Responsible for ensuring order blocks are distributed to the appropriate personnel for assistance in clearing
  • Provides timeliness responses to all order inquiries

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • Professional, thoughtful and respectful. Ability to work without supervision.
  • Customer service oriented, Responsive, Analytic.
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP/CRM, although not required, will be a plus.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
  • Working from office for all 5 days in a week in US shift - (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST).
