Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Regional GPI strategy development and align with Global GPI strategy.Product Development for KLIND and KL Asia Pacific as per the KL group NPD guidelinesThorough understanding of development activities and processes in Chemical/lubricants industryResponsible in advising to build a state-of-art Regional Tribology Laboratory at Mysore and extend tribology support to the Asia Pacific regional sales, marketing, R&D, Quality functions to cater to the growing requirements of value-added lubricant solutions Developing sustainable products and RM vendors within the regionHigh priority to HSE- maintain Zero accidents culture.LDC responsibility for open gear product segment. Coordinate with global R&D center/ Regional R&D center to support product development.Regional RMI management and work with GRMI team to support local RM introductionManagement of IP, periodic audits and reportingProvide Tribology support to KLAP regionTeam development and management Qualifications:Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science .
