Position Description


You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in financial analysis. You have found the right team.


You will work closely with business and IT managers to create budgets and forecasts for both direct and indirect expenses, along with identifying risks and opportunities.  This position will develop and produce management reporting and track actuals expenses vs. budget and outlook/forecasts.  You will also review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding incoming indirect expenses.  The successful applicant should be an energetic individual with a strong financial background capable of multi-tasking and analytically reviewing processes to identify improvements; along with good time management, communication, and presentation skills.  


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage total expense base and perform analysis of financial Budget & Forecast for designated Technology group within the Global Tech
  • Develop, consolidate and present insightful qualitative and quantitative financial analysis including annual budget, quarterly/monthly forecast variances and understand the key business drivers
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and other reporting for clients and Finance & Business Management team 
  • Driving improvements, enhancing controls and streamlining processes / introducing automation where possible
  • Builds and maintains relationships with both Regional & Global Technology F&BM community and key Service Providers across IT lines of business as well as enterprise functions (human resources, finance, legal, vendor management, etc.)
  • Actively participate in business management functions viz., workforce management, headcount location planning & other non-financial metrics for the Technology group

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Minimum of 5+ years of financial / accounting & business management / FP&A experience
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Intermediate/Final qualified CA, CWA or CS
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MSExcel and PowerPoint) and Essbase
  • Strong relationship management skills to interface with various stakeholders 
  • Detail-oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately, on a timely basis, and in a presentable manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Prior work experience in Corporate finance / Technology finance preferred
  • Working knowledge on Tableau and Alteryx will be an added advantage
  • Experience with financial systems (EssBase, SAP) preferred
