Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible to maintain and install Sciex products at both internal and external customer sites, including strategic accounts. This Role will help to develop the skill set and driving better customer Experience


This position is part of the Sciex Service Organisation and will be located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 


  • Complete and successfully pass assigned training tasks on assigned products and responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of Sciex and OEM products.
  • ​Experienced in HPLC installation and maintenance
  • Experienced in performing installation of Mass Spectrometer instruments.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on MS and LC.
  • Demonstrating the operations of the LC-MS/MS instruments to customers.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction of assigned accounts

The essential requirements of the job include:  


  • MSc/BE  in Electronics or Instrumentation; Specialization in Analytical Instrumentation .
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Lifesciences or related industry.
  • Should have hands on experience related to instruments like Mass Spectrometer, HPLC, GC, LCMS etc.
