Associate Field Manager - Ruminants
This role is responsible for Achievement of Sales Target in the region under Control, building long lasting relationship with the Customers and KOL, providing feedback to HO on the areas of business interest, Talent and Skills Development of direct deportees and implementation of Companies Policies and Procedure.
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned budget & KPIs for the COP area
To develop Ruminant sales team members if reporting, by utilizing the My pmp as the primary development tool
Ensure implementation of PharmaSell /Action Selling process
Develop and maintain close rapport, working with Distributor and key customers
Work closely with Health Platform Managers for Marketing support and with Zonal Manager for getting the support from Technical Services, Credit Control, and logistic to ensure effective sales-marketing and cross functional synergy.
Business Managers have key role in achieving sales budget
Maintain good relations & develop business from ever demanding and negotiating customers
Coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating to all sales team members if reporting to him
Effective implementation of promotional strategies through team members
Achieve targeted sales ratios
If a Veterinarian – provide good Technical Support to customers
