Role Purpose: 

The Customer service specialist shall be responsible for processing of information, ensuring the data integrity and Quality. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Designation: Associate

Base Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Assistant Manager

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Developing knowledge of financial principles and basic operations.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in updating and maintaining accurate statement of facts.
• Developing analytical skills to analyze financial data and support operational tasks.
• Gaining familiarity with industry regulations and compliance relevant to financial operations.
• Basic proficiency in utilizing spreadsheet software for data entry and simple analysis.
• Shows interest in identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the team.
• Ability to manage basic tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic operational environment.
• Demonstrates adaptability to learn new skills and adjust to the evolving demands of the role.
• Willingness to collaborate within the team and learn from experienced members in a supportive environment.

Skills & Competencies: 

• Should have good communication skill in English and must have good proficiency in Email Writing skills.
• Should have a minimum typing speed of 20 wpm with 95% accuracy. 
• Problem solving, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in Shifts as per allocated roster and Country to work, fine to work in night shift as well. 
• Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in shipping industry with a reputed shipping/logistics organization preferably with finance or finance operational experience.

• Bachelor's degree
