Job Description
A Tier-1 law firm is seeking an Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) practice in Delhi. The role offers exposure to a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and other securities offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), qualified institutional placements (QIPs), rights issues, and debt offerings.
- Drafting and reviewing offer documents, transaction agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and other securities laws.
- Coordinating with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders involved in transactions.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in capital markets at a leading law firm.
- Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, securities laws, and market practices.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and work under tight deadlines.
