Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivers projects on schedule and within specified project plans.
- Ability to forecast resource hours for duration of projects with accuracy.
- Ensures the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the Claim lifecycle.
- Defines a change and communication plan suitable to the Account size and importance.
- Ensures that the project scope is clearly defined and documented at the onset of the project.
- Manages contract changes and change requests and escalates internally and externally as needed to manage impacts on schedules and deliverables.
- Anticipates and communicates the impact of project decisions and actions on client commitments / expectations.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and work with diverse personality types.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Ability to view a problem from a business user perspective.
- Strong conviction in the role and willingness to take on challenges.
- MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
Qualifications
Preference
- Healthcare knowledge and experience
Eligibility
- Must be a Graduate.
- Must have 1-3 years.
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
