Job Description

Early Careers Coordinator



The Early Careers Coordinator is a key member of the Early Careers Team, ensuring a flawless and positive experience for candidates as they progress through the recruitment process. Reporting to Serena Tulloch, this role will be based in Bengaluru.



The Early Careers Coordinator plays a crucial role in the first stages of the candidate journey—managing application reviews, online assessments queries, and video interviews screening. As candidates advance, coordinators provide essential support to Early Careers Talent Partners throughout the final recruitment stages and onboarding process.



Key Responsibilities



Candidate Support



  • Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries via email, providing prompt, professional responses using templates and customised messaging.



  • Investigate and resolve candidate queries by navigating recruitment platforms and liaising with relevant talent partner.



  • Review and action candidate requests for adjustments to ensure an inclusive recruitment process.



  • Conduct initial candidate application review for students applying to the various early career's programmes (RtWreview only)



Video Interview Management



  • Oversee the global video interview screening process, ensuring candidates are assessed against clear criteria and documenting scores and notes accurately.



Assessment Centre Coordination



  • Collaborate with Early Careers Talent Partners to organise final-stage assessment events, managing logistics such as assessors, candidates, and timetables with efficiency and attention to detail.



  • Host virtual assessment centres, ensuring smooth execution and a professional experience for all participants.



Data Management



  • Support the Early Careers Team with data management, reporting, and large-scale data processes, maintaining accuracy and completeness during key projects.



Skills and Experience



  • Prior experience in a similar recruitment support role is desirable, but a willingness to learn and thrive in a team environment is what will set you apart.



  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise competing tasks effectively. Know when to delegate or escalate issues as needed.




  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and handle periods of high demand with resilience and a proactive attitude.



  • Enjoy working with data and maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks, such as reviewing video interviews or managing assessment logistics.



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective candidate engagement and collaboration with team early careers team.



  • An encouraging team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
