Job Description

A leading disputes-focused law firm in Delhi, founded by lawyers from Tier 1 law firms, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled associate (1-2 years PQE) to join its disputes practice. The firm has built a strong reputation for handling high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters across industries such as construction, broadcast, sports, oil & gas, online marketplaces, and telecom. The team regularly represents clients before Indian courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory bodies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
  • Conduct extensive legal research and case analysis to support litigation and arbitration matters.
  • Attend court and arbitration hearings, assisting senior lawyers in case strategy and preparation.
  • Work on commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters.
  • Handle procedural filings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with clients, senior counsels, and external stakeholders for case management.
  • Support the team in enforcement of judgments, appeals, and post-judgment matters.
Who Should Apply
  • 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
  • Studied LLB or LLM from a reputable law school.
  • Strong foundation in commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime.
  • Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
  • Prior experience working at reputable law firms handling disputes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity legal environment.
