Associate (3-4 Years PQE) – Disputes Practice


A leading disputes-focused law firm in Delhi, founded by lawyers from Tier 1 law firms, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled associate (3-4 years PQE) to join its disputes practice. The firm has built a strong reputation for handling high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters across industries such as construction, broadcast, sports, oil & gas, online marketplaces, and telecom. The team regularly represents clients before Indian courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory bodies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Independently draft pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis to support litigation and arbitration matters.
  • Appear before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums, handling procedural and substantive aspects of hearings.
  • Take the lead in managing commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters.
  • Supervise and guide junior associates in legal research, drafting, and case strategy.
  • Liaise with clients, senior counsels, and external stakeholders for case management and strategy execution.
  • Handle enforcement of judgments, appeals, and post-judgment matters.
  • Assist in business development, knowledge management, and legal updates for the firm.
Who Should Apply
  • 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
  • Strong foundation in commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime.
  • Proven ability to draft pleadings and independently handle court and arbitration matters.
  • Experience working at reputable law firms handling disputes.
