Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Enablement Lead to spearhead our IT Talent Enablement products and service including IT workforce planning, IT talent pipeline and IT employee growth and development within our IT Hyderabad Tech Center, ensuring that we have a skilled, engaged, and future-ready workforce. As a people manager, you will lead a team dedicated to our IT Talent Enablement products and services, aligned to business objectives and talent strategy.
What will you do in this role:
Monitoring IT’s workforce strategy that identifies current and future talent needs aligned with business goals.
Provide leadership to our IT talent pipeline product via partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks, and promoting our Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) program.
Design, implement, and oversee employee growth and development programs for IT teams.
Lead and mentor a team of IT Talent Enablement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leaders to identify IT Talent Enablement product and service needs and improvements.
Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the IT department and across the organization.
Monitor industry trends and implement best practices related to workforce strategy, talent pipelines, and employee growth and development.
Report on talent enablement initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.
What Should you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, or HR related to IT functions.
Experience in leading employee development programs and initiatives.
Certification in HR (SHRM, HRCI) or similar is highly regarded.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess workforce needs and measure program success.
Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
Creative problem-solving skills to address talent challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Organizational skills with a focus on project management and execution.
