You will apply process improvement methodologies to identify, analyze, and enhance existing business processes. We are seeking a candidate with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement within our organization.</p><p></p><p><b>What is in it for you?</b></p><ul><li><span>Holidays (As Per the location)</span></li><li>Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone)</li><li>Company provided healthy meals</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment that values continuous improvement</li><li>Gain hands-on experience in leading Lean transformation initiatives and driving change within a global organization</li><li>Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the success of high-impact projects</li><li>Access to professional development resources and opportunities for career growth within the organization</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We will count on you to:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to diagnose and improve end-to-end processes</li><li>Execute high-impact projects that have the potential to generate significant financial impact, leveraging project management fundamentals such as defining project scope, setting objectives, creating project plans, and managing resources effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive organizational change</li><li>Contribute to the overall success of the organization by optimizing business processes and delivering measurable results</li><li>Strategize, develop and deploy yearly transformation plan for LoB assigned.</li><li>Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas and find application opportunities for Six Sigma and Lean implementation.</li><li>Coach and mentor Green Belts/Black Belts on improvement initiatives, provide expertise in quantitative techniques, and ensure timely completion of projects.</li><li>Drive operational excellence by implementing business process mapping, reporting, and dashboarding of key metrics, with a focus on visual management.</li><li>Present process and business findings to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating the impact and potential benefits of proposed changes.</li><li>Lead and conduct Gemba Walks to observe and understand processes firsthand, identifying areas for improvement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Collect and analyze data to diagnose process performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of inefficiency or waste.</li><li></li></ul><p><b><span>What you need to have:      </span></b></p><p></p><p>Minimum Bachelor's degree</p><ul><li>Minimum 12 years’ experience overall with at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement/ Transformation.</li><li>Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies</li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and problem-solving techniques</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional global, teams</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions</li></ul><ul><li><span>Executive presence that conveys composure and confidence in all situations</span></li></ul><p>​</p><p><b><span>What makes you stand out:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)</span></li><li>Knowledge of R, Python & AI</li><li>Working exposure in HR platform like Darwin/ Workday</li><li>PMP / any other relevant business certification</li><li>Proficient in quantitative six sigma tools such as Minitab, SPSS etc.</li><li><span>Change management experience, including the ability to influence and drive organizational change</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools and software</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC)</b> is the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people.
