We are looking for an Associate Director to working with Existing & New Partners. The mission of the Partnerships team is to create long-term, multi-dimensional partnerships that drive mutual revenue for PayU with our partners.
This position will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of programmes to meet and exceed our revenue objectives, new sales opportunity generation and overall partner profitability. This is a high impact role requiring collaboration across multiple functions in PayU and will be integral to the success of the company.
Prior experience in channel management is a plus and existing network across within the Fintech/Payments, eCommerce, ERP or SaaS space is preferable.
This role would include Team Management Responsibilities as well.

Responsibilities:


  • You will Manage & Grow Partners for PayU.
  • Meeting and managing relationships with key decision makers (CXOs) across clients.
  • Cross selling and upselling PayU products and services to the merchants in the assigned base to improve product penetration and increase stickiness to PayU
  • Deepening the existing business relations by providing new product solutions through extensive analytics, consulting and communication with the clients.
  • Manage a set of Partners across various industry segments including e-commerce, healthcare, travel, education, etc.
  • Conducting periodic business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure merchant needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Portfolio management and margin optimization.
  • You will support and execute go-to-market strategy with partners. Own relationships at all levels of partner organizations and prospects to drive a qualified sales pipeline
  • You will create executive alignment and commitment on key partnership goals, and strategic initiatives by maintaining access and influence with key leadership contacts
  • Act as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge including proactive product training, manage enquiries regarding sales, product, commissions, and customer escalations
  • Act as a liaison between PayU sales teams and partners to help build working relationships resulting in growing our booking number/meeting and/or exceeding personal territory goals
  • Manage the KPIs and goals, identifying opportunities to improve performance across the team
  • You will represent PayU at various industry events, conferences, and associations.
  • Domestic travel will be required

Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnership and relationship management.
  • Experience working in B2B sales, understanding of PPI, digital solutions preferred.
  • Lead discussions at C – level
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill.
  • Can communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people in a day.
  • Have no problem cold calling potential customers.
  • Flexible, self-driven, and proactive
