Job Description

My client a multi-billion dollar global company, having a state-of-the-art technology center in Chennai, is looking for an Associate Director - GenAI, to join their growing team.


Role- Associate Director (Generative AI)


Experience: 14-18 years


Location- Chennai


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years in full-stack development and 5+ years in automation, with 1-2 years in Generative AI.
  • Strong expertise in Azure services, Microsoft Graph, JSON handling, and Web API integration.
  • Proficient in relational databases, SQL, and optimization techniques.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with Cognitive Services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of Generative AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and SDKs.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver scalable AI and automation solutions.
  • Design and implement full-stack applications with expertise in ASP.Net, .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, and front-end technologies like JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models, focusing on generative AI and automation.
  • Drive innovation using Azure Cognitive Services (Speech-to-Text, Vision API, Form Recognizer, etc.) and cloud-based solutions (Azure DevOps, Key Vault, Table Storage).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI-driven insights into business strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.
