Associate Director, FP&A

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, FP&A, to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving financial planning, analysis, and business finance functions across the organization.

The charter for this role will include:

• Leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing the development and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

  
  

• Driving the forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  
  

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

  
  

• Managing and optimizing financial models and analytical tools to improve forecasting accuracy and business performance.

  
  

• Overseeing business finance activities, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost management.

  
  

• Developing and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and drive long-term business growth.

  
  

Ideal Persona would:

• Hold a CA or MBA from a top-tier institute

  
  

• Have 10 years of experience in FP&A and Business Finance, with at least 3-4 years in a consumer tech startup.

  
  

• Have a proven track record of independently handling organization-level AOP planning, monitoring, and reporting.

  
  

• Be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
