The Opportunity:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our growing Financial Services team. The team comprises of Education Loans, GIC, Forex, and other financial aspects of the student’s study abroad journey.
This critical leadership role will be responsible for overseeing both the Sales and Operations functions within the department, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and alignment with organizational goals.  What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:


Sales Leadership & Strategy:


  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the financial services domain.


  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.


  • Establish sales goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall departmental and organizational objectives.


  • Cultivate relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.


  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.


Operations Management:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the financial services team, ensuring smooth execution of processes and workflows.


  • Implement best practices for operational efficiency and process optimization.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.


  • Identify and address any operational bottlenecks, proactively solving problems to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.


Team Development & Leadership:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.


  • Drive a high standard of service excellence and professionalism across both the sales and operations teams.


  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to build a strong, diverse team that can meet the evolving needs of the business.


Strategy & Reporting:


  • Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the long-term strategy for the Financial Services team.


  • Provide regular updates on sales and operational performance, including key metrics, progress against goals, and areas of improvement.


  • Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and enhance both sales and operational strategies.


  • Lead initiatives to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
     


What You Bring to the Table:


  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Sales or Education/Study Abroad sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing both sales and operations functions.


  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational improvements within the higher education or finance industry.


  • Experience managing large teams and collaborating across departments.


  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with the flexibility to respond to evolving priorities.
