Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


Oversee day to day operations and lead shared services team at Mumbai office.


Map related finance processes, set deliverables and establish key performance indicators.


Implement best practices in Accounts Payable (Order to Pay) and Accounts Receivable processing and enhance quality of services.


Establish centres of excellence for Accounts Payable (Order to Pay) and Accounts Receivable processes to provide support to users across the Asia region.


Drive process improvements. Foster culture of accountability and continuous learning.


Build relationships with key stakeholders across the region. Act as a liaison officer between shared services and key stakeholders resolving bottlenecks and operational issues.


Ensure compliance to organizational policies. Identify risks associated with share services organization.


Recruit, train, develop and retain talent within the team. Provide strategic direction to the shared services team.

Qualifications
  • Education – Chartered Accountant, Masters (Finance) or equivalent
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in similar role (preferably shared services) with good communication skills.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills. Willingness to learn and grow on the job is critical.
  • Should have worked on ERP and knowledge of D365 would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
