This pivotal role will empower you to deliver enterprise-wide transformation opportunities within GSK, generating significant business value.   • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on key transformation programs to drive meaningful business outcomes
  • Cultivate and inspire teams involved in enterprise programs, nurturing their growth and passion
  • Oversee the health and successful delivery of a cross-functional portfolio along with teams working on these projects
  • Provide coverage across a few or all the capabilities like Project Management, Change Management and process excellence
  • Develop comprehensive program plans and integrate project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate program objectives and roles to ensure understanding and alignment among all teams involved
  • Provide insightful oversight and guidance, empowering teams to achieve the project scope as envisioned
  • Proactively identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate risks to safeguard the path to success.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the program and individual initiatives
  • Lead and mentor broader teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence while providing timely feedback to support their development
  • Monitor and celebrate the benefits and outcomes generated from the initiatives

  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience, with an ideal total experience of 15+ years
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA from a top-tier institution preferred
  • Exceptional Leadership and People Management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively
  • Rich consulting/transformation experience to deliver global transformation initiatives
  • A proven track record of spearheading and delivering transformative Business changes across multiple large-scale programs and business units
  • Aptitude for inspiring cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results within complex and global environments, with a knack for solving intricate business and process problems
  • Superior relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with strong persuasive and influencing capabilities
  • Adept problem-solving and negotiation skills, coupled with a process-oriented mindset
  • Consulting mindset with exceptional story-lining and presentation abilities
  • Capable of thriving in a hybrid matrix environment, adept at handling ambiguity and uncertainty
