The Role: Associate Director – Public Ownership
The Location: India Locations
The Team:
Ownership Team is responsible to collect ownership data from various regulatory filings, notifications or press releases and transform the raw information into usable intelligence that can give the clients a competitive edge. This team can be broadly divided in 2 groups based on the type of data collected and the type of filings processed i.e., Non Portfolio Collection and Portfolio Collection. Team operates from 5 different locations across the globe, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Buenos Aires and Charlottesville.
The Impact:
This role will influence Ownership data that is used by our customers. This role will involve working with the managers on a variety of initiatives related to Ownership operations. You will partner with the teams in cross locations, technology teams, Data Management drive strategic projects across the domain\cluster. You will be leading Hyderabad Operations which consists of 100+ team members and building a trust-based culture that fosters Teamwork, Team Engagement, and Talent Development.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 100+ team members and responsible for their deliverables.
• Create transparent and trust-based culture that fosters Teamwork, Team Engagement, and Talent Development.
• Responsible for ensuring a very transparent Performance Evaluation model to gauge performance of team.
• Ownership teams are spread across multiple locations globally and have the experience of working in cross-cultural environment and delivering on the projects diligently.
• Responsible to drive company level strategies\projects like Lean & Automation, Quality Management System, Vendor automation solutions, & etc., implementing these in the process and delivering on the value proposition.
• Meeting all the operational KPIs related to quality, quantity, and Timeliness
• One should have deep-rooted understanding in setting up rigorous collection policies, aligning them across the locations in downstream and upstream processes and should work with client first approach.
• Responsible for being a change agent and coach the frontline managers in helping them to adapt to the changes and maximize the benefits of organizational change.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor's degree and\or post graduate degree in business administration.
• 6-8 years of experience as people manager and managing large teams.
• Deep-rooted understanding of the business/ domain and a good understanding of how his/her commitment to data/content management objectives.
• The candidate will have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects at a given time and under tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and lateral thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas effectively, making use of roadmaps and presentations, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to connect with explain complex concepts in simple terms and understand and gather stakeholder requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior knowledge of Ownership Domain and exposure to projects
• Prior experience of vendor onboarding solutions like Foreseer
• Has exposure to leading teams for both collection and linking at the Domain level
