Job Description

LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience: 14+yrs
  • Experience as a technology consultant, solution consultant, or delivery leader in domains such as product engineering, cloud modernization, digital transformation, channel management, professional services, and new venture creation.
  • Proven track record in working with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in enabling proof of concepts and pilot projects for digital solutions to demonstrate ROI on client business goals.
  • Solid delivery experience leading fixed-price projects, governing costs, understanding critical success metrics, reporting, and gaining customer trust.
  • Ability to build and lead a strong engineering team, manage performance reviews, and sustain a highly motivated team.
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, and scaling the practice team.
  • Experience in creating models and frameworks to demonstrate value propositions and unique differentiators of business solutions.
  • Experience responding to customer requests for information and proposals.
  • Experience in working with clients on projects involving technologies like Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, and Enterprise software.
  • Experience in creating digital products/software/digital platforms using agile practices.
  • Experience conducting customer workshops and engaging with clients to elicit business and product requirements.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict navigation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a global team.
  • Excellent client relations and partnership-building skills.
  • Post-graduate studies in Engineering or Computer Science are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Incubate new competencies and build new offerings, solutions, and thought leadership to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive business growth through consulting and solid delivery skills in the target market segment.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Enable proof of concepts and pilot projects for digital solutions, demonstrating ROI for clients.
  • Lead fixed-price projects, govern costs, and build customer trust through strong delivery practices.
  • Build and lead a strong engineering team, manage performance reviews, and maintain a highly motivated team.
  • Plan and forecast for the practice team, taking initiatives to scale and grow the practice.
  • Create models and frameworks to demonstrate the value proposition of business solutions.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and proposals.

  • Make and communicate decisions effectively, navigate conflicts, and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication, build client relations, and mature partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
