The Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) team is at the heart of American Express. Each year, we power billions of transactions through our global payments network, serving American Express Cardmembers and Merchants, and our Issuing & Acquiring partners in more than 170 markets worldwide. We grow revenue by developing products, services and capabilities that deliver differentiated value to our merchants, partners, and customers.

How will you make an impact in this role?
As an Associate – Digital Product Operations, within Certification Operations, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers to transact on the American Express Merchant and Partner Networks, as well as deploying new products with existing one. This includes supporting these customers during their set up, connectivity and certification phases. You will have the opportunity to work with an array of external customers (e.g., acquirers, issuers, card terminal providers, merchants, processors, aggregators, etc.), and internal peers and stakeholders.
