The Global HR Chief Data & Analytics Office, under the direction of the HR Chief Data Officer, owns data management, data programs, reporting and advanced analytics related to the workforce data for the 300,000+ employees of JPMorgan Chase. The Global HR Data Management Group is responsible for the management of workforce data including the data governance, data classification, data quality, data protection and data storage to help ensure appropriateness and data integrity across all uses of workforce data.
The HR Data Management Associate – Protection and Storage is responsible for implementing Roles Based Access Control policies to protect data and align to localization requirements for the data. The candidate will be the primary partnered to the product and technology teams and will develop the access policies used to provision access to new users. They will work closely with HR’s Data Management Subject Matter Experts, Data Platform Business Analysts, the Firmwide Data Management group, Workforce Technology teams, Global Identity & Access Management teams and HR Business Controls teams to advance the firm’s data management agenda. The shift timing will be IST 12 pm to IST 9 pm
