Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers in managing their online menus during merchant onboarding and post go-live phases.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer solutions or alternatives.
  • Work in tandem with the Customer Service team to facilitate issue resolution for assigned portfolios.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver the best customer experience to merchants.

Ideal Candidate:


  • Prior experience in Relationship Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for delivering customer success, with a strong interest in taking ownership, advocating for clients, and delivering long-term value.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams to provide business and technical solutions.
  • Ability to analyse and assimilate information on new products, tools, and technology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and other related tools.
  • Basic understanding of API integration.
