Technical Project Specialist - Custom Report Developer The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong prioritization skills and have significant technical coding experience, with a proven track record of achieving success in a fast-paced, results-driven organization. Developing custom reporting solutions for an equity compensation platform, leveraging both IBI WebFOCUS and SQL (for payroll tax withholding, employee stock purchase plans, stock vesting, and HRIS data feeds) to develop data outputs which meet client reporting and integration needs. Partnering with internal project leads and product managers to develop and implement tailored data outputs, translating client business requirements into technical specifications for programming custom reports. Analyzing, testing, and adjusting technical programming to perform maintenance for previously developed reports.
