Morgan Stanley Credit Risk Data Strategy - Associate - Profile Description Were seeking someone to join our team as (Associate) in Morgan Stanley Counterparty Credit Risk Data Strategy team within the Credit Risk department. Data Strategy is responsible for the implementation of data standards, governance, and monitoring of data Credit Risk consumes to evidence compliance with Risk Data Policy and the BCBS 239 Principles. Data Strategy identifies data areas causing challenges to the running of the Counterparty Credit Risk processes and proposes long term solutions to improve Credit Risk Data Management. The team is responsible for implementing the Global Risk Data Policy and its related procedures. Firm Risk Management In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives. Drive execution of complex strategic risk data compliance projects autonomously Engage with various stakeholders'- technology, data divisional officer's, etc. within and outside risk teams to identify and document risk data ownership, authority, sourcing, controls, and quality metrics. Catalogue key Data Elements across credit risk and ensure they are Fit for purpose as per global regulatory requirements. Support FRM's BCBS239 compliance evaluation quarterly through an evidence based FRM-wide assessment program. Senior management reporting and presentations
