 Position:This position is within the Field Medical Strategy & Operations (FMSO) organization, a centralized field medical team aiming to maximize the impact of Lilly’s Field Medical community through standardized tools, innovation, and processes around the world. Our goal is to operationalize BU medical affairs strategy through the personal channel enabled by an expanding Field Medical India team within LCCI.
 Responsibilities:This role, Associate Consultant, FMSO will report to FMSO Manager and work within a team established to provide critical capabilities for Eli Lilly’s Global Field Medical organization. These capabilities may include Medical Engagement Planning, Platform Support, Customer Segmentation & Identification, Field Medical Sizing, Structure, Territory Alignment Design and Maintenance, Field Call Planning and Refinement, and ad-hoc field analytical needs. Knowledge of Field Medical Affairs, mCRM/VEEVA, FlowBuilder, strong SQL and RedShift skills focused on analytical deployment is desired.
 Key accountabilities will include the following:Executional Excellence:
  • Medical Engagement Planning (MEP) process owners; initial focus on Build, Operate, and Transfer and lead through ongoing processes
  • HCP/HCO data input, processing and output management for MEP
  • HCP/HCO call plan, HCP/HCO alignment and refinement summaries data handling
  • Medical field implementation planning and training support
  • Field medical insights generation and reporting/dashboarding
  • US and Global field medical data (HCP/KOL/Publication/Clinical Trial/Patient Data) analysis and management

Platforms:
  • Platform configuration and integration using primarily (but not limited to) SQL, FlowBuilder, ZAIDYN customer engagement platform, mCRM/VEEVA, AWS/Redshift, Python/PySpark
  • Platform maintenance, upgrades, testing
  • Technical implementation project management
  • Support escalated field queries / T3 support

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computers, Engineering background) with 3+ years of experience in Field Medical Operations, Pharma Analytics, Field Strategy and Optimization
  • Accountable with a passion for delivering results and a superior customer experience
  • Knowledge and use of a variety of skills including (but not limited to) SQL, FlowBuilder, ZAIDYN field insights app, mCRM/VEEVA, AWS/Redshift, Python/PySpark, and Excel and understanding of best situations to use specific tools
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and any applicable state & federal laws and regulations
  • HCP/HCO data management, loading/extraction, administration, interfaces, and visualization
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Veeva CRM systems, business reporting and analysis delivery
  • Expertise in writing and debugging efficient SQL queries
  • Working knowledge of Jupyter Notebook, Python, Unix & Tableau
  • Ability to quickly analyze upstream and downstream impact for system changes

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Works well in a team environment and on own initiative
  • Some Project leadership / management experience
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical / field medical / commercial / sales or marketing operations team
  • Speak and write fluent English, other languages an asset
  • Experience of working effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical data and business rules
  • Good understanding of data management & handling services such as Amazon S3, Redshift, etc.
