Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies and procedures for the efficient collection of outstanding invoices from domestic and international customers.


2. Manage and supervise a team of collection agents, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of productivity and customer service.


3. Monitor and track accounts receivable for domestic and international customers, identifying delinquent accounts and taking appropriate actions to minimize the organization's financial risk.


4. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for collection-related inquiries, disputes, and negotiations.


5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, legal, and customer support, to resolve payment issues, mitigate disputes, and improve collection processes.


6. Conduct regular reviews of collection policies, procedures, and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


7. Prepare and present collection reports and analysis to senior management, providing insights into collection performance, trends, and potential risks.


8. Stay up to date with international collection regulations, laws, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and requirements.
