About the Job


  • Manage Administration Activities at site, GH, Logistics for Staff deputed at site.
  • Is responsible for labour license management, gate passes reconciliation, statutory requirements pertaining to labour management.
  • Implementation of company policies & best practices at project sites.
  • Liasioning with various Govt. / Private Agencies and Client etc.
  • Implementation of Standards & Procedures of work laid down by client.
  • Vendor Management & Timely payment of Bills.
  • Management of other day to day administrative activities.

About You


  • We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
  • Graduate of any discipline and having work experience of more than 15 years and handled Project sites for any Oil & Gas, Power Sector or big Infrastructure project.
  • PG Diploma / certification in labour laws will be preferred.
  • Knows Labour related laws, Industrial Relations and can manage ESI/PF, labour compliances at site for subcontractor.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
