We are looking for Associate Business Analyst - Resourcing to join our A-team (hybrid*). As an Associate Business Analyst in Resourcing at Allucent, you are responsible for supporting Director, Corporate Services, Resourcing and Sr. Manager, Resource and Planning by working across capabilities and client teams to ensure the correct balance of talent for Allucent to meet the Client’s needs and willing to problem solve in an ever-changing environment. This position reports directly to the Director, Corporate Services, Resourcing.


In this role your key tasks will include:


  • Experience in Resource Management Business planning, Management and Strategy.
  • Identify, develop and implement the business strategy for the Resource Management as it relates to MAF 2.0 Reports and Dashboards
  •   Develop business strategies to ensure Reports and Dashboard data are accurate and either update clean or follow up with appropriate Business Owners to update the data as needed in a timely manner. 
  •  Evaluate features and improvements to MAF 2.0 Reports and Dashboards
  •  Develop and agree upon operating procedures / business processes. 
  •  Support task as directed by Director, Corporate Services, Resourcing and Sr. Manager, Resource and Planning, Corporate Services Leadership
  •   Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation. 
  •   Report to applicable stakeholders on business strategy planning, results and performance for the Resource Management Reports and Dashboard as well as other areas as needed.
  •   Support in providing administrative access to Users in MAF 2.0 Identifies, communicates, and resolves data quality and data reconciliation issues.
  •   Works collaboratively with institutional staff and reporting officials to resolve data discrepancies and/or to clarify reporting procedures. 
  •  Establishes and maintains effective collaborative and cooperative working relationship with all segments of the organization and its community.
  •  Establishing processes for measuring necessary aspects of organizational performance by working with the Corporate Services Planning and Analysis team and the Business Planning team.
  • Communicate with nontechnical business users to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions.
  •  Participates in and supports all planning and problem resolution.
  •  Maintains an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage.
  •   Establishes and maintains effective collaborative and cooperative working relationship with all segments of the organization and its community.
  • Collaborate with IT to Implement a system to collect data, manage data and report data relevant to organization performance via dashboard access.
