About the department
Procurement GBS is the offshoring unit of Global Procurement and is part of Finance GBS Bangalore. The Purchasing Operations - HQ team within Procurement GBS is responsible for indirect spend, delivering and supporting order management, invoice resolution activities, query management, tactical sourcing, P2P system support, and PO audit controls. The team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.



The position
As an Associate Business Analyst, you will:


Support operational and compliance reporting, deviations analysis, and stakeholder follow-up.


  • Manage purchasing queries and drive value proposition through collaboration. Handle tactical sourcing and contract management activities.
  • Process carts in Coupa and enforce the ‘No PO-No Pay’ policy. Ensure internal controls and maintain ‘House in Order’ (HiO) and spend reporting.
  • Manage local procurement policies related to reporting and governance. Drive daily interactions with stakeholders to understand critical requirements.
  • Monitor processes to ensure compliance and investigate root causes for deviations.
  • Utilise procurement tools like COUPA for eSourcing, contract management, and procurement functions.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:


  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
  • 6-7 years of experience with hands-on experience in the P2P value chain from a leading organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Procure to Pay process.
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good understanding of visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • High-level understanding of the Procurement value chain (Source to Pay).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a quality mindset.
  • Experience in COUPA or other procurement tools for eSourcing, contract management, and procurement functions.
