The Associate will assist Private Credit Portfolio Manager and Investor Reporting Specialist in EMEA and US region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our private credit portfolio, ensuring superior performance and risk management, as well as preparing and presenting detailed reports to our investors. This role requires a deep understanding of private credit markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and oversee the performance and reporting of private credit investments.
- Monitor and assess the financial health and performance of portfolio companies.
- Maintain and update portfolio management systems and databases.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and support all other teammates with their work as needed.
- Build and edit marketing investor materials for co‐investment and funds.
- Crafting & updating deal one pager and case studies.
- Creating deal capital call notice and deal tear sheets and deal slides
- Handling and updating deal pipeline information.
- Other ad-hoc or periodical projects as per requirement.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, or another pre-professional field, or a discipline with exposure to accounting or corporate finance.
Experience Required:
- 1–5 years of experience
- Working in an Investor relations or product specialist role (Private credit - preferred)
General Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Experience with portfolio management systems or other relational tools.
- Experience at alternate or global financial services firm
- Self-starter, outstanding communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and VBA (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and digital literacy
