Job Description

Looking for an Associate Architect who leads the analysis, definition, design, and provides oversight for construction, testing, installation and modification across multiple mediums to large, interdependent systems. Applies technical governance processes. Partners with all stakeholders on large projects to provide architectural oversight throughout the life cycle of a project.


About the role:


In this role as Associate Architect, you will:


  • Design and architect solutions to provide a secure, cost-efficient, and resilient environment for applications running in public and private Clouds preferably AWS.
  • Build prototypes, develop and benchmarks emerging trends; including AI/ML capabilities.
  • Guide modern DevOps development tools and practices involved with CI/CD, Continuous Testing/Security, and Continuous Monitoring/Observability.
  • Propose integration with other tools and vendors and define integration best practices, continuous improvement process for the platform
  • Provide technical oversight to solution delivery in creating business-driven solutions adhering to the enterprise architecture and data governance standards
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, techniques, best practices and methodologies needed to improve productivity, efficiency and deliver quality products
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, and diverse ideas, and partner with cross-functional, global and remote teams
  • Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of the product as needed and mentor team as needed.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues, share ideas, participate in peer reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills. Work with business owners to translate requirements into comprehensive test plans.

About You
You’re a fit for the role of Associate Architect, if your background includes:


  • At least 12+ years of software development experience with 3+ years of architecture experience and 9+ years of experience in the design and development of modern web applications using Cloud Native Technologies
  • Proficient in .NET, C#, IIS, ADO technologies
  • Good experience in developing REST APIs
  • Well versed with frontend technologies like Angular/React, JavaScript ES6, Redux
  • Experience with at least one RDS and NoSQL DB viz PostgreSQL, MSSQL.
  • Good experience with testing frameworks like MS Unit, Jasmine, JEST, QUnit
  • Experience in other technologies like Python, Mob iOS will be added plus.
