POSITION OVERVIEW - Experience range (4 to 6 years)  


This role required hands on experience of EMEA end to end payroll processing like hire to terminate, month end and year end activities, termination calculation, monthly payroll input and out validation, good analytical skill to understand the system calculation logics. Good knowledge of statutory compliance and requirements, yearend forms, Quarterly return filling.


This role be required to work with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll Vendor, Business HR, Good verbal, and written communication  


Knowledge in ADP Celergo and Workday system will be the added advantage.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Process monthly payroll, reconcile and submit all payroll reports after each pay run
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and requirements,
  • Manage staff queries in a timely and efficient manner and resolved within agreed service level timeframes.
  • Ensure all payroll documents are accurately processed and in timely manner by pay cycle.  
  • Diligent management and tracking of payroll open tasks on daily basis.
  • Good knowledge in MS office and especially Excel.
  • Communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels

Qualifications


Degree (B Com) / Masters (M Com) / MBA in HR or Finance.
