Our most successful candidates will have:

· Strong working knowledge to proactively plan and execute around various phases of an Identity and Access Management implementation.
· Strong working knowledge to independently conduct internal audits and validate compliance against information security and privacy requirements against ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, HiTrust, GDPR, GITC/SOC 1 and SOC 2 standards.
· Excellent knowledge of security and technology architecture.
· IT Degree from a reputed college.
· Minimum of eight years practical Information Security experience working on Identity and Access Governance and Management in an enterprise environment.
· Strong demonstrated knowledge of technologies including role based access controls (RBAC), Active Directory security, regulatory compliance requirements, data protection and access control security as relates to the overall IT environment.
· Experience in automating security controls.
· Good written and verbal communications skills.
· CISA, CISSP or ISO 27001 LA certifications is compulsory.
· Ability to independently work with internal stakeholders.
· Ability to work in a self-driven environment and take up commitments and responsibilities.
· Proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with internal stakeholders and team members; work as a team-player.
