Job Title: Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Hyderabad Technology Center
Job Overview:
The Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team within the Hyderabad Technology Center, driving HR initiatives that support business goals and foster organizational effectiveness. This position requires a deep understanding of the technology sector, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives of the technology center.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce analysis and business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on human capital issues.
Talent Management:
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive technology market.
- Implement succession planning and talent development programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Work with team leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retain talent.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the workforce.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Performance Management:
- Lead the implementation of performance management processes and ensure they are aligned with business goals.
- Guide managers in conducting performance evaluations and facilitating constructive feedback.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop key HR metrics to track workforce trends, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Change Management:
- Provide guidance and support in managing organizational change, including restructuring and workforce realignment.
- Prepare and support employees through transitions.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Experience:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role
- Experience in leading business partner roles for Capability Centers is preferable
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and organizational behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels
