Responsibilities
In this ambitious role, you will:
- Provide world-class desktop support to ensure flawless operation of all IT services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely and onsite.
- Maintain and deploy IT infrastructure, including setting up new workstations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the company’s systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and systems.
- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
To succeed, you must have:
- Proven experience in a desktop support role within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks strictly within deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
