We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Process Excellence


Principal responsibilities


  • Work with Business stakeholders (Senior Management / SME’s) to understand and document their requirements and plan deliverables.
  • Effectively document and communicate business requirements to IT to help them implement system solution and changes.
  • Drive UAT process liaising with business and IT.
  • Drive and lead conversations with stakeholders to ensure progress of owned tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist Project Manager and input into various reporting materials to key stakeholders.
  • Support Project Manager / Product Owner to initiate and shape projects consistent with HSBC’s Business Transformation Framework (BTF) methodology.
