We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Financial Accounting
Principal responsibilities
- Ensure control frame intact and all the Internal controls are adhered to in Fusion with proper substantiation.
- Submission of Financials to the Financial Controller on a monthly basis with analysis and commentary (includes P&L and Balance Sheet as per Saracen).
- Strict adherence to Financial Control Manual and ensure that the accounting across HGSU and HGMS happens as per the applicable standards and guidance as laid down in Group FIM.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy of income / costs to facilitate accurate reporting of financial data.
- Closely monitor the funds position and ensure that the Forex risks are adequately covered under guidance from Financial Controller
- Ensure submissions for surveys to external agencies/regulatory agencies (if any)
- Facilitate the various Audits (Internal, Group and Statutory) and ensure that there are no adverse observations and the suggestions for improvement are actioned within the agreed timelines.
- Smooth completion of Statutory and Internal Audits
- Facilitate BS substantiation process and 2 LoD reviews.
