We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Assistant Vice President – Finance Operations 

Principal responsibilities:

• The role holder is responsible for the delivery of key ALCM projects that cut across legal entities and geographies, including supporting the Group treasury on ad hoc reports and analyses (regulatory and non-regulatory)
• The role holder will support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and act as a bridge between the Group policy and second line of defense team and the operations team to ensure correct translation of policy requirements to operational implementation
• Works jointly with Treasury Controls & Analytics to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and ensure timely and accurate delivery of analyses and ad hoc requests coming in from regulators
• Delivery of high quality review and assurance, with accompanying commentaries providing technical and commercial insight
• Collaborates proactively with Group ALCM, entity heads of ALCM with respect to ad hoc analyses
• Timeliness and content of the analyses is critical to the execution of the Group strategy, and therefore users of the output are wide-ranging, including but not limited to ALCM and Business Finance
• Anticipate, identify and mitigate operational risk in an appropriate, cost effective manner
• Ensure that all analyses are embedded into the ALCM data management and operational risk frameworks
