We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Business Administration


Principal responsibilities


  • Supports the Client Business (Institutional and Wholesale) on select reporting & MIs related to People and Policies such as Head Count movements, Snapshot reports, training requirements and collations, follow through on Professional Skills upgrades and related policy administration.
  • Reviews the end-to-end hiring process, suggests ideas to improve the global model and supports employee life cycle activities.
  • Supports the design and execution of Sales Training initiatives & activities and maintains the Sales New Joiner module.
  • Supports the design and execution of global town halls, global leadership calls/ meetings.
  • Creates and distributes reports, presentations, and global email correspondence across the global Client Businesses.
  • Creates and maintains departmental organisation. charts and email distribution lists, including the Market Events protocol.
  • Support the Client Selection and Exit Management  Process.
  • The role holder may have people management responsibility wherein they will be responsible for managing and overseeing the team members
  • Ensure appropriate governance structures are in place within the responsibilities of the jobholder.
  • Learn and effectively utilize tools and systems including Snapshot, Taleo, People Insights, MS Dynamics, HORIS, HELIOS, etc.
