Job description :
Achieving desired goals:
- Revenue and collection target achievement.
- Product forecasting.
- Ensure New Sales Productivity target per PSE as per AOP is achieved.
- Drive by handholding/ coaching and monitor day to day activities of the Field Sales Team to ensure the set targets are achieved.
- Analyse sales trends and come up with development plans.
Network Expansion:
- Strengthening for Distributor network.
- Market mapping, market data collection.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with competitor’s activity
Team Handling :
- Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Worked in the market with a sales team.
- Analyse sales trends and forecast the required changes in the plan on a monthly/weekly basis.
- Conduct morning meetings to set the agenda for the day.
- Analysis of individual sales person’s performance and support them in improving their performance.
- Periodically review the performance of each Team Member and Conduct annual performance development review.
Compliance:
- Adhering to SHE Compliance.
- To work according to company policies.
- Ensuring proper and timely reporting from each team member.
- Responsible for team attendance, approving leaves, sales related sign offs and sales colleague retention.
