Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire Assistant Project Manager - IT who is based out of in Coimbatore location.

Reporting to Director & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage IT related projects initiated at corporate level.
• Create and tracking planning, schedule, cost, resources, and quality.
• Monitoring the project, requirements for deadlines, effort, weekly meeting, and status report based on needs.
• Provide Project Management Expertise in the development of Service Now platform.
• Contribute to initiatives to ensure the continuous improvement of Project Management methodology, governance, and tools.
• Enable consistent and high-quality IT Projects execution within Enterprise Collaboration Technology and IT Enterprise Services.
• You will ensure effective project scheduling and resource allocation management.
• Ensure effective risk management of the situations that may affect the successful finalization of the projects within the agreed deadlines.
• Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Oversee all project activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product/service development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements once applicable, procedures for project accomplishing, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to the phases of project.
• Establishes work plan, staffing for each phase of the project, and assignment of the personnel for the plan.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor / Master’s degree. with 8+Yrs of experience in IT.
• Working experience 3+ years in IT Project Management
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in English.
• Problem solving and people management skills.

Here are our preferred experiences:

• Project Management Certification (PMP) would be a plus.
• Experience with Service Now management related projects.
• Good Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
