Job Description

Looking for M365 Suite & Exchange Online L2 support professionals having minimum of 3+yrs of experience.
Location: Pune SP & Hybrid Working Persona


Primary Skills: L2 Support-M365 & Exchange Online
•3 and above years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365 services.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of M365 administration and configuration.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
•Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified:   Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus. 


Knowledge and experience:


•2-5 year of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of M365 administration and configuration.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to develop and deliver on IT strategies.
•Proven experience in customer relationship management.
•Able to communicate clearly at senior management level and deliver compelling presentations.
•Medium Level knowledge in ITIL and TCO models
•Detailed technical knowledge relating to Messaging Services and the related solutions and technical components; detailed technical knowledge relating to configuration management and automated deployment. 
•Understanding of IT Security requirements and related policies




Role Purpose

•We are seeking a skilled and motivated L2 Support Engineer to join our team and support our Microsoft 365 (M365) services.
•Provide second-level support for M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from L1 support, ensuring timely resolution.
•Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of M365 services.
•Monitor system performance and health, implementing corrective actions as needed.
•Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of M365 services.
•Document support processes, solutions, and best practices.
•Stay updated with the latest M365 features, updates, and industry trends.
•Provide training and guidance to L1 support staff and end-users.
•Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.


Essential: 


Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus.
