Seats addition, deletions, Partitions, Retrofit work, seat numbering. Team should ensure seat nosare given to workstation/cabins/meeting/conference room etc.
• Perform all activities for uploading new seat/facility records in MWS
• Physical verification of seats with Alt Space visitor cabin, workstations, meeting rooms
• Seat identification & allocation against RITM and monitoring utilization
• Seat release and follow up with BU for less utilization of allotted seats.
• Data validation (Occupancy against vacant seat validation).
• Generate all Reports of Occupancy vs Vacancy.
• Verification of My workspace request and co-ordinate with Practice ops lead/Consolidated account ops lead
• Perform all maintenance activity of Remedy tickets raised, for e.g.: seat mapping/release, key request etc.
• Coordinate with IT, stakeholders for project migrations or new ODC setup
•Working with IT, BISO and P125 movement planning team on facility project movement to new facility.
• Participation in BCP situation or test /call and allocate seats for projects with co-ordination for required support.
• In BCP situation or test, required seats in recovery location needs to be identified with readiness of assets/connectivity.
• Tracking all the accounts seat utilization and sending weekly and monthly seat utilization data
• Seats available in recovery location needs to be shared with CTS lead & BCP team
• Perform physical counting & maintenance of seat numbers on regular/frequency/Adhoc basis.
• Key request raised by associate needs to be closed with proper records of keys against seats/Room/cabin. Co-ordinate with Vendor on making new keys for loss cases.
• Conduct frequent audit of seat report on occupancy & vacancy with City lead.
• Participate in daily & weekly meeting with City leads.
• Report all aberration or abnormalities observed on daily or agreed basis.
• Additional work that will be executed as per requirement.
