Role Purpose
To manage and advise the Trade services clients on their day-to-day transactional requirements and also assist them in structuring of transactions.
Principal Responsibilities -
Playing the role of a Client Service officer for the various customer groups viz., CIB/MME/SME.
Act as the direct customer interface through the following activities:
Advisory role to customers (internal & external) on structuring and execution of various types of transactions.
Align HSBC’s service proposition with the best in market by gathering information on competitors activities.
Managing the trade relationships of select clients and generating revenues in line with targets.
Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.Ensure awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy.Maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section 4 of the Group Operations FIM.
