Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Technical to lead on-site operations with a focus on HVAC systems and comprehensive facility management. This role is essential for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support and fostering lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Operations Leadership:

  
  
  • Manage Low Side HVAC systems including Split, Ductable, Package units, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and package units.
  • Conduct CFM Calculations, duct layout design, and provide in-depth HVAC system understanding.
  • Oversee integration of HVAC with Fire Alarm Systems and manage components like VFDs, controllers, and actuators.
  • Perform PPM checks and ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems.

• Safety and Fire Systems Management:

  
  
  • Administer Fire Alarm systems, VESDA, Public Address systems, Water Leak Detection, and comprehensive firefighting systems.
  • Ensure compliance and safety protocols are meticulously followed.

• Electrical Systems Oversight:

  
  
  • Manage electrical infrastructure, including HT/LT Transformers, earthing devices, and circuit breakers (ACB/VCB).
  • Conduct thermography assessments, relay coordination, and switchgear maintenance.
  • Document PPMs and prepare detailed reports and presentations.

• Financial Oversight and Vendor Management:

  
  
  • Handle site financial operations, ensuring budgets are met and financial protocols followed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure delivery of quality work as per contracts and cost-effectiveness.

• Team Leadership and Development:

  
  
  • Support team growth through effective training and coaching.
  • Promote our core JLL values, ensuring a culture of teamwork, performance excellence, and mutual respect.
  • Motivate team members and maintain high standards of trust and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience:

  
  
  • 5-8 years of experience, preferably within facility management.

• Skills:

  
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with account leads and facility managers.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A keen understanding of health and safety requirements and vendor management.
