What you will do :
Managing the end to end talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening and evaluating, representing and advocating the role and the organization accurately, scheduling conversations, sharing feedback and closing the loop with all candidates.
Building networks of great potential hires, attracting key talent and hiring culturally fit people.
Helping hiring managers build teams, by understanding the current gaps within the team.
Staying informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Conducting salary benchmarking and market mapping.
Striving to build meaningful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Developing attractive employer branding initiatives to create a positive image of the organization and engage with prospective candidates.
Who you are :
You love talking to people, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You’re great with negotiations. You can be assertive when needed.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite apps.
You have excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask.
You are a self starter and are accountable for your work.
What you have done already :
You have a bachelor's of Human Resource.
You have about 4- 5 years of relevant experience in end to end recruitment.
You have used application tracking systems, software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
